At Dream Spa, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. Preparation
Be Ready for your Service
In order to get the best results out of your services, please make sure to come into your appointment makeup free. Your lashes should be washed thoroughly before every appointment for the best retention. Rings, bracelets and watches should be removed for the massages before facials.
Cancellations
Our Flexible Salon Policy
At Dream Spa, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before NOON of your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
Running Late?
Be Considerate
Dream Spa is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
Payment Method
What is accepted
At Dream Spa the preferred payment options are cash or Zelle. Manual card payments are possible but there will be a 3% transaction charge added to the total.
